Chronology of Stock Listing
According to the Shareholders’ Resolution of PT Pertamina Power Indonesia regarding the Approval of Shares Transfer from PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy to PT Pertamina Dana Ventura as stated in Deed No. 57 dated on December 27, 2017, made before the Notary of Fenny June Aruan S.H. the approval was obtained for the acquisition of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy’s shares in the Company to PT Pertamina Dana Ventura (before changing its name to Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia). Thus, the composition of the Company’s Shareholders as of December 31, 2018 was as disclosed in the table above.
